To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前喺中環返工呢間食lunch真係一個唔錯嘅選擇！以前$50 有湯兩餸飯 ！聽講朋友講而家要$52！ 唔知點解我總係覺得全世界嘅餐廳都好似慢慢慢慢咁加價咁⋯點都好反正今日返咗嚟今日就嚟試下從未試過嘅堂食晚飯！之前聽人講過個收銀阿姐態度好差我今晚真係領教過！佢大聲得來又粗聲粗氣！你食個飯好似爭佢幾廿萬咁！哈哈！我開始明白點解我啲同事叫親佢哋外賣都黑住面返嚟！不過我唔係幫個阿姐講說話我只係覺得個阿姐佢唔係好識表達自己（可能咁樣心理上個人會平衡啲）講返食物佢個叉燒同以前冇乜分別都係咁好食燒肉就不過不失囉！我其實好想食個二人餐！但我冇另一半所以我暫時食唔到so sad！是日晚餐成為$57兩餸燒味連埋個湯整體上我覺得幾OK！頭先肚餓得滯唔記得咗影相:（
