To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事已經兩次提意去天然齋食 Lunch, 第一次推卻, 唔好意思推第二次.入到去終於明白點解佢極力推介食齋, 45蚊兩餸堂食, 外賣更抵只係35蚊!價錢雖然唔係話特別平, 但係身在灣仔, 哩到閒閒地食個 Lunch 都要成60蚊, 重要唔好食! 行去大家樂又老遠, 結果天然齋就成為熱門飯堂, 一入門已經成村人排隊!Lunch 嘅天然齋採用自助形式, 有分兩餸同三餸, 第一次啦嚟幫襯, 試住個兩餸先!點咗豆腐同煎蛋.對於我哩D重口味人士, 眼前嘅兩餸飯好明顯味道較清淡, 豆腐經過油炸但內裡軟滑, 煎蛋未至於老蛋, 但味道真係唔夠, 睇怕我要進入禪宗境界去享受我哩份午餐, 阿彌陀佛.雖然味道同心目中有一段距離, 但價錢實在太吸引, 所以我會再嚟幫襯.
