To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙嗲王都係由細食到大,本來都已經不會再感到任何驚喜。今晚一行三人,只想隨意吃,想坐得舒服之餘食物又有番少少特色,於是揀左沙嗲王。呢間係新開既店,去到適逢有妖怪手錶做主題,佈置幾有氣氛(雖然我根本唔知咩叫妖怪手錶)。餐牌迎合主題,多左的睇落幾靚既野食。除此之外,主餐牌都係舊酒新瓶,同其他沙嗲王差唔多。但係款式好似少左少少。無左的炒硯、青咖哩之類既野食。招牌菜就仍然健在。我地點左白咖哩豬扒飯,芒果蟹肉炒飯,芝士年糕同芝心餅。白咖喱豬扒飯一如既往,好香既香茅味,用黎配白飯一流。芒果蟹肉炒飯加左價,要70蚊。不過蟹肉多左好多,夾埋其他配料,同飯既比例變左一比一咁,啖啖飯都係料多過飯。對我呢的餸王黎講係幾滿足既。芝士年糕,未知係口味轉左定佢真係好味左,以前食幾啖就覺得佢好鹹好(漏),原因係白汁好多。今日再食,白汁無咁多,而的芝士又香左,覺得佢又ok喎芝心餅係第一次試,個餅有拳頭咁大。賣相很好,食落麻麻。鋪面既紫菜其實就無乜味,而且不算炸得好,有的油同似係翻炸。整體芝士唔算多,不過夠煙韌。但係價錢就點高,1個要19蚊。整體而言,價錢同味道成正比,都是穩步上揚。屬於頹得黎又叫見得下人既選擇。
