To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Date & Time :星期一的 1:30pm 接近附近office 完結午餐時段，差唔多清場，所以唔駛等位環境：日系和風，但播放的音樂好大聲，好嘈。完全唔配合「稍息」比人休息一下的感覺。食物：京蔥牛柳壽喜燒汁忌廉蓋飯$158，份量足夠給女仕。牛柳肉質嫩嫩的，加上蛋黃沾上每粒飯，可口美味。但上主食的時候，蛋黃已經爛咗飲品：昭和富士山$68，主食未到，飲品已經上咗，搞到個雪糕溶晒，其實店員可以問吓客人需唔需要稍後才上飲品。價錢：偏貴，今日主食加飲品，埋單連加一：$2xx（我自己就三點前賣單，全部飲品-$20）總結：-去一次，打吓咭，可以。-想睇下書，室內環境好嘈。-價錢偏貴，lunch加一後成二佰幾，唔值。-食物，不過不失
