To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友相約聚餐,就黎到APM搵野食,原本打算食日式火鍋,可惜人太多,唔想排,見呢間御泰坊有位,可以即時入座,所以就改係呢間食泰菜。印象中之前大家都相約過係呢間食飯,食物味道唔差,所以改食呢間都冇異議。一坐低就即刻睇下點咩食。泰式鮮蝦金柚子沙律用小小既玻璃樽裝住,份量有D少,鮮蝦肉質爽口,柚子清而不苦,配以香脆既腰果和清新既蔬菜,作為前菜實在唔錯。馬拉盞通菜應該係好難會煮得難食既一道菜,除非D菜好老或者煮到好老,所以D醬汁穩定,份量適中就唔會出意外!呢碟馬拉盞通菜係穩陣之選,唔錯架~泰式鮮蝦金邊粉係用粉絲去炒,配以蝦肉、瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲等,份量剛好,味道唔錯,又係穩陣之選,好快清碟!見餐廳推介星洲咖喱軟殼蟹南瓜盅,就叫咗黎試下,估唔到會咁令人失望南瓜盅先以小型南瓜掏空入面南瓜肉作為器皿盛載已切件既南瓜肉、軟殼蟹和咖喱。賣相唔差,但泛起既油光顯得有點油膩。食落發現南瓜同埋D咖喱味道唔夾,而且軟殼蟹咬落一陣油膱味,搞到個個停哂手,食唔落去,剩返好多!炭燒豬頸肉配辣椒汁係食東南亞菜必叫既!用炭燒呢個方法去烹調豬頸肉,令肉質留有獨特炭香味,配以辣椒汁更惹味!因為大家都仲未飽,所以叫咗碟馬拉盞炒西蘭花
