星期一的晚上, 不算人多, 全晚入席率約3成, 正價$408, 用信用卡基本有30pct discount , 但discount 後(plus 10 pct services charges) is $320, 以此價實在不值, 根據餐廳提供的食物, 我個人而言, 覺得不超過$250 較合理,  而我是用一個有50 pct off 的card , 所以收貨了他們的服務態度很好亦有禮熱盤有清蒸魚, 揚州炒飯, 炒時菜, 辣酒煮螺, 白汁海鮮, 燒bbq 骨, 牛仔骨, 炒蜆, 蒸節瓜瑤柱(希望冇記錯), 印度薄餅, 咖喱雜菜, 炸付皮卷, 蒜蓉包, 北京片皮鴨, 西冷, 忌廉汁焗薯, 南乳脆皮雞, pizza , 各式串燒 (芝士年糕, 菠蘿, 茄子) etc甜品都算多款式  : 麵包布甸, 紅豆煎堆, 蘋果酥, 木槺布甸, 士多啤梨卷, cheese cake. 菊花柚子糕, , 古力mousse (以這家酒店的規模而言) 刺生有4款, 三文魚, 希靈魚, 醋青魚, 紅立魚  (三文魚不算肥美, 但新鮮; 而醋青魚和紅立魚, 感覺得乾身)生果, 雪糕 Nxxxxx 牌子(有紅豆味,
