To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Tue 12 Mar 2024 nice good受到隔籬隔籬再隔籬嘅隔籬家興嘅熏陶，呢個小社區嘅食肆都好親民，同時間佢哋都好俾心機咁將個門面粉色到好有特色好chill咁。咁佢又真係好睇得嘅，日日哋式、偽植物牆、樓底高空間感強、mini stone grill、充斥着煎牛肉嘅氣味、周圍都係煎牛肉「滋滋」聲。已經滿足到「餐廳必勝5元素」其中3樣。不過今日想食得清啲，叫咗一客唔係好起眼嘅「味噌野菜豆腐鍋」跟白飯。明火鐵鍋，滾住卜碌卜碌咁，可以同朋友慢慢傾慢慢食，食到最後都仲係熱辣辣。鍋物有豆腐、律白、紅蘿蔔、獅子狗、菇、蒟蒻、芋絲…..喺我嘅Dining Experience scheme （係Dining，唔係Eating 或者 Feeding) 裏面，最重要嘅就係Company👉環境👉回憶👉食物。咁呢間都算合格BTW 記得帶現金
