To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於土瓜灣的四川菜，餐廳名字已經知道是重口味的菜式，深水埗也有家分店。餐廳座位多，除了有各款麻辣小菜外，還有雞煲、烤魚及火鍋，所以枱面有爐頭位置，而且很寬闊。食物價格親民，每一碟的份量都很大份。涼拌菜式：麻辣豬耳醒胃小菜，份量卻不少。豬耳爽彈脆口。涼拌菜式及小食：重慶酸辣粉重慶地道麵食之一，薯粉非常煙韌，湯汁濃稠，入面還加些甜酸菜、肉碎、荵花等。家常風味小炒：炒土豆絲每條土豆絲粗幼平均，炒得乾身、爽口，味道酸酸帶點辣，開胃。廚師推介：招牌口水雞例牌的份量，相當足料及多件。上面鋪滿了花生粒、芝麻、芫茜等調味香料。雞皮油香，雞件嫩滑，多肉。家常風味小炒：高山雪裡紅芥菜以鹽醃製過，加了辣椒炒香，很下飯的菜色。芥菜粒粒，很有口感，不會油膩，亦不會過鹹。
