To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這天要到寶琳辦點事,辦託後原來已快3點了難怪覺得肚餓。本來一場來到,是打算要到一向喜歡的甜品店的本店,何奈我並非甜魔,午飯還未吃直接吃甜品總覺得怪怪。於是便走近眼前這間門面看來頗具規模的酒樓,看來這酒樓很受街坊歡迎,想不到酒樓內數十張枱都坐滿。反正只打算隨便吃點個late lunch,所以也接受搭枱安排。這時候是下午茶時段,我從點心紙選了4 款點心和一碟油菜。日式照燒茄子($7.8):壤茄子的皮做得乾身而內裡濕軟,配上甜甜的日式照燒醬汁,以這價錢有這味道算不過不失。(3/5)煎蘿蔔糕($7.8):蘿蔔糕全塊都是粉,加上少量臘肉,蘿蔔絲就幾乎找不到,差!半塊未吃不完已要放棄。(1/5)鮮蝦菜苗餃($12.8):餃皮厚,餡料味道偏鹹。(2/5)煎芋絲餅($7.8):這是全餐最好食的一款點心。芋絲餅煎得香又不油膩,吃起來亦吃得到芋頭香。(3.5/5)濃湯浸唐生菜($7.8):所謂的濃湯味道只有死鹹如鹽水,要用清水沖沖才能吃入口。唐生菜雖不算鮮甜,但至少爽脆。(2.5/5)這餐茶的價錢便宜得有點令人難以置信,但今天吃到的食物中的大部分食物水準同樣成正比地差得頗嚇人。用料和味道差,價錢再便宜也不
