To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為城中著名中菜廳,我對國金軒ge期望甚高,食咗幾次終於要打次食評講下用餐體驗。我咁多次都係中環食,未去過尖沙咀。環境黎講係IFC唔會差,地方闊而且裝飾靚,典型中環貴價茶樓格局最鍾意食佢ge春卷同鮑魚酥,蘿蔔糕都唔錯,唔會油膩用料幾足最唔滿意係佢ge服務,當日一早落咗order想食蛋白杏仁茶,因為之前食過好好食;點知埋單之後等咗20-25分鐘都未黎,叫咗經理過黎催促,佢話等陣kitchen煮緊,點知過多10分鐘再之回覆話唔好意思無曬彈出彈入令我唔知好嬲定好笑
