To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇係香港食美心, 滿心期待呢一餐, 點左 3 樣野食1) 日式叉燒拉麵連飲品, 價錢 $38 * 叉燒約 6cm 長, 但肥膏位約佔 4.5cm, (從未見過咁肥既叉燒, 試問香港仲有冇人會食咁肥既''瘦肉''); 其次, 叉燒仲係凍凍地既, ('叮'' 一 ''叮'' 都好丫), 湯都只係暖暖地.... * 之後拎返去換左個日式照燒雞拉麵, 可憐得很, 只係隨手將叉燒換做雞扒, 不過今次既雞扒直頭食到係o係雪櫃拎出黎既凍!! 過份 2) 燒味雙拚, 燒鵝叉燒飯連飲品, 價錢 $30* 乾既燒鵝 + 肥得很既叉燒 (觀塘 x x 坊 既燒鵝叉燒飯冇呢個問題!! 點解呢??)3) 焗豬扒飯連餐湯 (龍蝦湯), 價錢 $36 * 豬扒還可以, 可惜飯太濕* 龍蝦湯太咸, 飲左一啖之後要狂飲水 總結, 以呢個食物質素, 唔值呢個價錢
