蟹籽沙律($128),食主菜前點一份沙律有助醒一醒胃,青瓜絲好爽口,而且配埋蟹籽增加不少口感。雞泡魚干($128),令我喜出望外,坊間食到既雞泡魚干都好硬好難咬開,今次廚師燒得唔錯,口感軟腍易咬,食到邊位有少少焦香,雞泡魚干帶有少少甜味,應該面層塗上左蜜糖,旁邊醬汁係蛋黃醬。四色雞肉串($138),有四種不同醬汁就有四種不同味覺享受,個人最鐘意黑松露味,因為最為濃郁,而且比較少食到哩種配搭,其次係蜜糖味,原來醬汁混入左芥末,好食。壽司盛八貫($388),8款魚生裏面各自有自己獨特既口感,最爽口係蜜柑鯛,最有口感層次豐富既係金鱔鯛和伊佐木因為連有魚皮,櫻鱒原來係三文魚類其中一種,帶子表面加上柚子碎,鮮甜既帶子配搭柚子既清新,兩者都幾夾。牛肉稻庭烏冬($98),上菜後見到牛肉帶有少少粉紅色,即係未完全熟,牛肉採用薄切,就係為左讓牛肉可以在湯裏面既溫度去煮熟,咁牛肉食落既口感就唔會過韌,仲有另一點就係可以讓牛肉容易一d吸收湯汁既味道。
