同2位閨蜜黎到荔枝角尋找新味道, 一入到黎已經俾室內自然舒服既環境吸引住, 寬敞寧靜既空間最岩同閨蜜傾下計。今日食既係一早reserve既6-courses dinner, menu係chef按時令既食材同埋我地既口味tailor-mad, 即係一日未上台一日都唔知食咩架頭盤係一個好fresh 好清爽既beetroots,orange&walnut salad,呢個starter 清甜爽口 好開胃 緊接住有雞肉salad 雞肉好嫩 菜好新鮮 好健康又高營養食完兩個前菜已經好期待之後食咩野。當我地仲回味緊個salad既時候 chef就上左個蟹肉粟米湯配脆芝麻餅 口感獨特 chef話個湯完全冇落cream, 可能係因為chef知我地女仔怕肥一淡食落去 個湯依然濃郁, 配搭鮮蟹肉, 唔會油又唔會好濟 終於到main啦 呢個紐西蘭青口 配雜菜加小小檸檬絲單睇個賣相已經好想食,聞落都好有鮮味,夾左舊青口擺落口係一D雪藏味都冇,仲有淡淡檸味真係fresh到一流呢個Risotto其實係做糙米做, 雖然係糙米但入口依然香軟兼帶點咬口。配搭roasted pigeons, 西蘭花同香菇同埋特別調配既sa
