呢間韓國菜餐廳都開咗一排,都好想試下。但次次黎都好多人排隊,所以都轉咗食第二間。今次中午黎到,咁啱有位可以入去試下。以為佢哋係食烤肉嘅,會好重油煙味,但行入去又唔覺得會。就算坐係到食咗個半鐘,走果時都冇咩油煙味。呢點真係好好成間店舖坐位間隔安排都唔會話令人坐得好逼夾。叫好野食後,上咗5種小菜,泡菜同芽菜可以任加,其他就要再另外收錢。3樣唔辣,2樣辣。花生有小小甜味,但唔係棉香果種,所以個人覺得還好;個樣好似蘿蔔片嘅辣薯片,口感比較爽脆,味道辣辣哋;芽菜同四季豆睇得出都好新鮮,但四季豆真係冇咩味。芽菜味道清淡,但唔係白灼果種,冇草青味,芽菜豆都係大大粒。呢到嘅泡菜食得出係正宗嘅韓國泡菜。泡菜醃得唔透又會生,醃過龍又會太酸太鹹,而呢間就係醃得夠透的之餘又唔係醃過龍嘅。食落第一啖會感覺有小小甜味同帶啲韓國辣醬嘅蒜味,口感都比較爽脆。主菜係生牛肉石頭鍋飯,個賣相都好吸引。佢有除咗有牛肉呢個主角之外,會有一粒生蛋黃、炸蒜蓉同蔥花。餐廳嘅職員都好好服務,會幫我哋伴好成個飯俾客人食,呢個服務好貼心呀咁樣除咗令客人我哋覺得方便享用之外,都會避免啲客人伴得唔勻而影響口感。石頭鍋飯當然少不了飯焦啦,如果鍾

咁樣除咗令客人我哋覺得方便享用之外,都會避免啲客人伴得唔勻而影響口感。石頭鍋飯當然少不了飯焦啦,如果鍾意食嘅話可以同職員講,佢就會遲少少先同你伴。
生牛肉同蛋黃係伴飯嘅過程會因為加熱咗嘅石頭鍋而慢慢咁熟透,咁樣會最大保留咗牛肉嘅鮮嫩口感。配合埋粒蛋黃,增加咗飯嘅濕度,令成個飯更加香滑。
而小菜中嘅泡菜同芽菜係伴飯嘅最佳拍檔,多汁嘅芽菜,加上惹味爽脆嘅泡菜,配合香脆嘅炸蒜同埋鮮香嘅蔥花,混合埋嫩滑嘅牛肉,成個飯真係相當精彩!
因為依家海港城有卷可以用,唔計加一,呢間係滿100減50,今餐午市人均加埋加一70蚊都唔洗,所以都幾抵食!
