都有一陣子沒有去居酒屋了,今晚選了這間新開業不久的居酒屋吃個痛快~ 店不算大,以麻繩裝飾,並分格吧枱和雅坐位置,別樹一格。 鰻魚巻($88),鰻魚肥厚足料,肉身鬆化,味道鮮美,加上其他牛油果青瓜餡料,口感味道一流! 酒煮大蛤($78),大蛤隻隻肥厚,鮮甜味美,讚! 牛肉稻庭烏冬($108),牛肉新鮮,剛剛熟的牛味是最香最濃的,口感嫩滑,一入口,小妹的心像被溶化了一樣~還有這款稻庭烏冬,口感煙靭,比起傳統白色肥身的烏冬好吃十萬倍! 炸雞軟骨($68),這個外皮脆,裡面軟骨夠甘香,有點像升級版的麥樂雞~好好味呀!
