今日與好友又到旺角掃零食時,發現旁邊新開了一間越南餐廳,壁畫十分可愛,乾淨企理,見價錢又便宜,便進去 Dinner~燒腩肉撈檬,燒腩肉半肥瘦的,香口肥美。清爽的越南檬粉浸泡在冰涼酸辣的魚露汁中,配以酸瓜絲及蘿蔔絲同吃,酸香醒胃,令人垂涎!燒豬頸肉,口感軟嫩爽口,肉汁豐富,香茅味重,而且薄切的,油而不膩,配上爽脆生菜中和整體的油膩感~香葉菜米紙捲,透薄的米紙包着九層塔/生菜/芽菜/檬粉/青瓜條/蘿蔔絲,味道清新健康,加上花生碎豐富口感,再蘸上酸辣魚露汁更開胃~河內魚餅,外層微脆帶焦香,肉質彈牙,內釀厚實彈牙的鯪魚肉及爽脆可口的馬蹄粒,口感豐富, 肉香味濃!扎肉,口感煙韌彈牙,其中一款較薄的,混有粒粒半透明的豬皮,更是油潤爽口,加上 芫茜/檸檬汁調味,份外香口~椰青/鹹檸水,椰青多汁,味道清甜; 鹹檸水,溫熱暖胃,適合冬天飲用~ 跟餐可以半價享用,抵飲~食物優質味美,極具越南菜清淡精緻的特色,不會過鹹過辣,香口滋味! 價錢又大眾化,飽肚抵食!
