呢間餐廳以中菜為主打,亦配有少許西餐元素。我哋今次試咗幾款特色菜式,首先係蛋沙律牛角酥,酥皮香脆,內餡蛋沙律滑溜溜,好有驚喜。跟住意大利黑醋豬扒,豬扒煎得金黃香脆,再配上酸酸甜甜嘅黑醋醬汁,味道層次豐富,真係好惹味。另外仲有尖椒回鍋炒腩片,豬腩片肥瘦適中,炒得香口入味,加上尖椒嘅微辣,食落去好開胃。最後一定要介紹嘅係蒜香海班頭腩蒸飯,海班頭腩鮮美嫩滑,配上蒜香調味,再鋪喺熱辣辣o既荷葉蒸飯上,真係一流。湯品方面,我哋試咗蟲草花紅棘杞子燉雞湯,同姬松茸螺片燉赤肉湯,兩款湯都好滋潤,材料豐富,湯底清甜,絕對係養生之選。飲品方面,咸檸七清爽解渴,奶茶紅豆冰甜而不膩,好適合夏天飲。聽講主理既師傳曾經係日本富麗華做左好年,係多間米芝蓮酒店、大型連鎖酒樓做主管。餐廳是自家製點心,均是手作,現場即點即做。我地今次晚市就無食點心,下次一於飲早茶試下先😋
