To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

此店為於長青街市內，前身為佳寶超級市場。近期新開張，午市光顧的人亦不少。此店以「全店以不加味精」👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻晚市有我至愛火鍋🍲便抱著一試心態，𨘋請一班好友前來試試！晚市光顧的客頗多，此店採用電腦落單，十分方便快捷。火鍋用燉湯湯底，選擇頗多。我們點了「沙參玉竹豬軟骨」湯底、一自家製手工蟹子墨魚丸丸、黑松露墨魚丸、鳳城水餃、牛肩脊同牛柳粒😋加上其他新鮮海鮮同蔬菜🥬店員叫我們先要試個湯，個湯既香又鮮味，應該確實冇味精，所以有朋友覚得有點淡。牛肉十分有口感同牛味 - 本人比較喜歡牛肩脊，因為牛脂比例比較多好！手打丸十分特別，尤其黑松露🦐丸，好有松露味！海鮮十分新鮮 ，但沒有花巧，所以冇特別拍照！總括來說，性價比很高，服務態度好，十分值得一試！下次一定會再來！ 👍🏻
