旺角canton pot,服務好貼心,環境坐得舒服,食物質素又好,今次最欣賞係滋補湯底呢!沈香養生湯($398)材料非常豐富,有用沈香茶粉製成的茶包、藥材、杞子、烏雞、瑤柱、紅棗、桂圓及瘦肉等等,以沈香入饌,充滿香氣,湯底味道仲好有層次,先有香甜味,更後續有回甘味,所以未開始食火鍋料前,已經連續飲左幾碗湯呢!自助醬料($28/位),我最鍾愛廖孖記腐乳,點肉類好好食;另外自家製的沙爹醬都好惹味。本地新鮮牛勁脊($159/半份):味道腍滑。匈牙利綿羊豬肩胛肉($149/半份):外面少見到的綿羊豬,肉質鮮甜有肉味,而且每件都好大塊,可以細嚐綿羊豬的味道。響鈴卷($34/半份):新鮮即炸的樹記腐皮,放湯幾秒後,更索滿鮮甜的湯底味道。精選餃子拼盤($84/半份):松茸野菌福袋、百花雲腿海參釀蟹拑、羊肚菌黑豚肉餃野菌福袋,餡料有滿滿雜菌,充滿咬口。蟹拑打邊爐,有貴氣。皇帝菜($58)份量比外面大好多,食多啲夠健康。
