To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 據朋友們說,寬敞的座位和良好的服務是Shou Zen給她們的第一印象。這可能是我第四次訪問上環最喜歡的日本餐廳,因為它總是承諾提供優質的壽司/魚生和服務。我們點了deluxe sashimi 和 deluxe sushi(豪華的魚生和壽司)。這兩道菜反映了這家餐廳的食物質量。新鮮,精心擺放的魚生壽司和美麗的環境。海膽在兩道菜中都是新鮮和甜的。鯛魚和油金魚很好吃,但我覺得他們經常重複使用這兩條魚。如果想嘗試煮熟壽司的話,牛油果和軟殼蟹卷是一個好選擇。切得很好的牛油果和脆脆的軟殼蟹很好地融合在一起。
