已經有一段時間沒有好好享受西餐了,這次來到友人推介的The Grill Room,發現真是個据扒的好選擇!The Grill Room鄰近銅鑼灣港鐵站,由港鐵站出口步行大約三分鐘便可到達餐廳,十分方便!即使我們抵達的時間尚早,在場已有不少食客。由於我們在數天前已訂好了枱,店員可立即安排我們入座。The Grill Room是一間充滿外國風格的西餐廳,左邊是可以與調酒師交流的Bar枱位,是較寧靜的位置,適合二人用餐及聊天;右邊是數張High Table,適合三五知己自成一角聚會;中間是長枱和Sofa位置,適合大伙兒和家庭用餐。餐廳的環境偏暗,播放著外國的流行音樂,氣氛很有情調呢,我們都十分享受這晚的用餐時間。餐牌上的食物分為Starters, Entrees, Sides, Sweets, Mains, (Grill & Sea), Drinks. 由於選擇繁多,我們一時間拿不定主意,細心的店員主動為我們推介,原來逢星期二晚有"All you can eat ribs" 活動,可以在90分鐘內任吃babyback ribs,很適合食肉獸們惠顧。我們最後點了兩個Dinner Sets,每S
巴馬火腿溫泉蛋配黑松露筍沙律的賣相十分精緻,食材包括巴馬火腿、溫泉蛋、黑松露筍,是一碟沙律冷盤,食材的顏色配搭鮮艷,散發黑松露的香味,十分吸引。溫泉蛋質感滑口,咬開蛋白後,蛋黃漿便會緩緩流出,為稍微乾身的巴馬火腿但來一點水感,而帶咸味的巴馬火腿正好豐富了整道菜的味道。露筍呈新鮮的綠色,質感爽口,剛好與軟身的巴馬火腿和溫泉蛋形成對比,不同口感的食材配搭令整道菜變得特別好吃。
