黃枝記最出名係竹升麵, 所謂"竹升麵",是用傳統的方法搓面、和麵,用竹竿壓出來的麵條, 係場內有有大廚窗, 窗內有個專造竹升麵既器具, 望住內面再邊食野, 另有一番風味肉絲炒麵, 好多地方都食到, 但用竹升麵整出黎既, 今日係第一次, 肉絲炒麵嘅精萃應該係脆脆麵, 用竹升麵整出黎既脆脆麵, 麵質更有口感。雞蛋的香味更濃, 口感爽脆, 肉絲好嫰滑, 亦無炒到燶左,好食,芡汁夠多, 掛上麵身, 一嫰一脆, 口感百感交集 , 雖吾係咩珍饈百味,但食得津津有味喜出望外係個玫瑰烏龍茶, 伴隨著茶香蔓延,渾然天成的香甜與回甘,茶引花香,以益茶味讓每啜飲一口都能嗅聞花香、細品茶香
