川蜀麻辣鍋入面有鴨血,鴨血煮耐再食,變到超入味,但唔羶腥唔會老,依然滑嫩,鮮甜好食!另一邊的花膠濃雞湯,花膠量多,湯底偏稀,但落埋雞落去後,再飲一啖湯,湯底變到又濃又稠又鮮,好好飲!美國極黑和牛封門柳:肥瘦適中,質感較腍,入口肉質鬆軟。本地新鮮牛頸脊:油脂感強,入口比較有咬口彈牙。招牌四寶丸:最特別及最好味係脆骨烏雞丸:丸混入雞軟骨,有口感之餘烏雞肉又彈牙另外還有芥末豬肉丸,芝士墨魚丸及芫荽牛肉丸鮑魚雞粒餃:每一粒都會有半邊飽魚,雞粒及蝦粒自家製千層枝竹:好特別,第一次食,炸過的枝竹,但記得煮耐少少先好食!手打魚腐:口感綿軟,好似食緊梳乎里咁,好特別呀!豆腐紙:豆味重,薄如紙,入鍋兩秒要取出了!淮山麵:終結火鍋必須要有麵!淮山麵口應爽滑,煮耐麵唔會散溶金箔懷舊芝麻卷依家唔多地方有賣了!同做得好食的唔多,呢度芝麻味又香又濃,唔會超厚粉
