今晚丢低老公,同朋友出街食好西,好耐無同哩位朋友外出食飯喇,今晚決定要食得豪氣啲。我哋揀咗位於尖沙咀嘅Lab Eat Bar & Restaurant。之前食過位於旺角嘅Lab Eat Bistro,印象深刻,於是今晚就同朋友嚟到尖沙咀哩一間,一試水準。餐廳有少少隔涉,不過唔會難搵。室內設計以黑色及木色為主,樓底高,座位寬闊,坐得舒適。一坐低,餐廳就送上一小杯鮮果welcome drink 🍹🤩,裡面有士多啤梨🍓同藍莓,香甜清爽。另外,亦送上麵包,口感鬆軟,點上黑醋同橄欖油特別開胃。我哋叫咗杯Lawson’s Dryhills Sauvignon Blanc,白酒果味清香,入口柔和,口感輕盈清爽。1️⃣ 海膽多士🍞嚟到嘅時候,我同朋友都忍唔住「嘩」咗一聲,海膽巨大,肥美有份量,鮮甜美味,最重要係無任何腥臭味,口感厚滑軟綿,一大啖咬落去好滿足!2️⃣ 意式生牛肉薄片及新鮮黑松露🐂🧀🥬賣相吸引,加咗幾朵食用花作點綴,顏色更繽紛鮮艷。牛肉嫩滑,加上芝士薄片及新鮮黑松露片,能相輔相成,味道更濃郁但唔會蓋過牛肉的鮮味,口感層次亦更豐富。火箭菜新鮮,辛辣微苦,味道獨特。3️⃣ 牛肝菌湯配黑松露泡沫中間的黑松露

中間的黑松露泡沫賣相很可愛,牛肝菌味道非常強烈香濃,真材實料,湯嘅質感厚滑順口,質素高,大愛❤️。

羊扒炭燒時間控制得宜,顏色粉嫩,肉質鮮嫩有彈性,肉汁豐富,中間散發住陣陣嘅炭燒香味,點上清甜薄荷醬,味精更鮮甜及不覺膩。薯仔粒新鮮可口,加上少少鹽同香料已十分惹味。同時,我哋亦專登叫咗杯紅酒🍷去配羊扒,讓肉扒味道及口感提升。

擺盤十分有玩味,餐盤像一個大圓盒,中間有幾個孔,會有煙冒出來😮,視覺及嗅覺效果獨特👍🏽。布朗尼很有份量,朱古力味濃郁,上面放咗一層碎果仁、朱古力條及燒棉花糖,賣相精緻,但略嫌口感較軟身,個人比較鍾意煙韌口感。
