To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來大尾督遊玩，可先在巴士總站附近嘆個午餐，再進行活動！馬路一旁有十多間餐廳可選擇，有西餐，泰國菜，茶餐廳，中式，甚至印度菜都有！我今次找了間有露天茶座的西式餐廳。因下小雨，所以坐了入餐廳內進食。這裡以簡單的套餐為主，前菜可選湯或沙律，主菜有牛，豬，魚，意粉和pizza可選，最後咖啡或茶！雖然味道一般，但份量十足，價錢不貴！最難得是沒時間限制，可慢慢進食！- 羅宋湯- 雜菜沙律 - 香煎海鱸魚配薯仔黑水攬白酒汁 很多配菜有炸薯條和翠肉瓜，煎鱸魚 很大件，味比較淡，但點埋白汁食， 倍增味道。- 香煎豬扒雜菇紅酒汁 大大件豬扒，配埋紅酒汁，食得飽 飽。- 檸檬茶
