To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年每逢星期日我都揸車出去morning drive下。 做返啲自己鍾意做嘅嘢， 因為四圍都係負能量。 所以我鍾意四圍去食下嘢。今個星期日揸咗去香港島嗰邊， 去下淺水灣感受一下 海邊嘅空氣。八點鐘啱啱去到 同老婆搵個早餐食下先。見到呢間Classflied. 成間餐廳門面好大對正海灘. 感覺好似去咗 地中海一樣. 我哋坐低咗叫番杯咖啡. 我就食咗一個Egg Royale with smoke salmon.雞蛋煮得啱啱好, 流心... 三文魚不會太鹹.. 但係底下嗰篇麵包有啲硬. 但都可接受. 呢間餐廳 嘅早餐都唔錯, 其實主要係 佢嘅 位置好對正大海及海灘. 環境美麗自然食得開心. 同老婆大人坐咗一陣 跟住我哋又出發去下一站. Covid 19 增加咗大家同屋企人一齊嘅時間大家不要太多负能量吧。

. 但係底下嗰篇麵包有啲硬. 但都可接受.

. 同老婆大人坐咗一陣 跟住我哋又出發去下一站.
