To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去慶祝兒童節，想帶爸爸媽媽吃一頓好的晚餐，謝謝他們給我一個美好的童年。這次選了一家老字號的，質素怎麼也有保證吧。香港老飯店，它在尖沙咀也有分店，這次來中環這家，很近地鐵。整體真的很不錯，爸媽很滿意，點了不少菜，挑幾個最喜歡的來寫。店員推介這個前菜核桃燻蛋兩隻60雞蛋弄得剛好，是糖心的狀態。入口有淡淡煙燻，挺不錯。干煎小黃魚98媽媽選的，她喜歡食魚，到了桌上，好似沒什麼特別，但他們都說很好食，醃得剛好，煎得那個香味出來了。紅燒元蹄310爸爸選了這個，說在家自己弄不了。是非常大的一個，傻眼了。肉跟皮也燉的非常的透徼，味道不會過咸，入口很滿足。非常值得點。紅燒雞絲翅238原盅雞炖翅328這兩個是我叫給他們食的。當然自己也都嚐嚐。兩個也非常足料，很多翅在裏面，每口都是滿滿的。大家比較喜歡雞炖翅，更清更甜。蟹粉湯包四隻280樟茶大鴨半隻198這道菜也是它們家招牌。我們都很喜歡，淡淡的煙燻味，帶出鴨肉香，皮也脆口。埋單兩千元不到，值了！
