To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

粟米蛋花羹,上枱是一大盤,足夠8人份量,仲係熱辣辣,啲煙仲飄緊上嚟,粟米一粒粒的很有口感。雖然係一道很普通的羮湯,但令我想起孩童時候的感覺,夠懷念。蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子,連殼一起蒸,一起上枱,再加大量蒜蓉及粉絲,入口味道鮮甜,蒜蓉味非常夠,而粉絲吸晒帶子的鮮味,是超好味的伴碟。 蒸石斑,這條石斑約有斤半左右,要蒸到剛剛好不是容易的。今次廚師整得唔錯,魚肉仲係很滑,不會蒸過頭而變得老身。魚很鮮甜美味也很新鮮。 甜品叫了桂花椰汁糕,入口濃濃的桂花味,加埋椰汁味道很夾,不會太甜,值得一試。
