今日一家大細嚟行街買衫,順便去買宜家傢俬揀番啲組裝傢俬。行到六點幾,啊仔推介黎呢一間中菜廳食飯 。一入餐廳嘅環境相當寬敞,又別具特色。前台、主菜、飲品都非常之有驚喜。主菜方面: 文姐極力推介鹽酥波士頓龍蝦脆角豆金瓜,因為屋企好少煮,二來餐廳呢道菜式嘅配搭亦都相當吸引。鹽酥後嘅波士頓龍蝦都食得出鮮甜,啖啖肉,蔬果作為配菜都唔會遜色,特別係秋葵令人難以接受嘅口感都被炸香了,香脆可口!另外阿女就揀咗個黑松露鮮百合花,黑松露份量頗多而且好香,牛油味道超級濃郁,百合入口非常綿滑。啊仔揀嘅鐵板一口鵝肝牛小排,入口感覺較肥美,脂肪感比較重,牛肉亦係意想不到的柔軟。當中亦都揀咗一大鍋蟹肉蛋白泡泡脆米金湯 ,四人分享。每人都可以飲到一碗半,南瓜味道好棉密,加入埋貝柱、蟹肉、蝦仁令到呢碗湯更加鮮甜!而老公就一定要一碗飯落肚,所以亦都叫咗餐廳職員推介嘅八斗子炒飯,除咗可以中和下啲油膩感之外,當然係飽肚之選!飲品方面老公點的Guava see breeze ,以台灣盛產的番石榴,配上Vodka,入口不會太濃烈。我就揀咗一杯比較養生嘅紅棗桂圓杞子米水,入口濃郁清香。
