放假相約朋友在元朗逛街,區內有不少食肆選擇,而今次就選了這間日式居酒屋,喜歡它的食物種類多,能夠多試幾款。餐廳的佈置走工業風,相當有氣氛。餐廳座位很闊落,與鄰座的距離亦夠,令人能輕鬆自在的吃飯聊天。炸魷魚鬚 ($60)魷魚鬚的炸粉厚薄適中,炸得非常酥脆,有咬口但又不過硬實,是一個很好的開胃小食。燒雞軟骨串 ($22)雞軟骨燒得焦脆,帶出滿滿的雞油味,配上檸檬汁,味道又充滿油香,又清新。甲羅燒伴燒鱈魚干 ($88)甲羅燒內有大量濃厚的蟹羔和伴有少許蟹柳,配上薄脆的鱈魚干,滋味無窮。香蒜大茄燒 ($38)茄子的表面舖上滿滿的蒜茸和牛油,完全混和滲入到燒得軟熟的茄子內。鰻魚壽司 ($18)玉子壽司 ($11)三文魚籽壽司 ($26)雖然這三款壽司價錢便宜,但一點也沒有將貨就價。玉子很厚實、鰻魚有魚油香、三文魚籽有鮮味。M5澳洲和牛 ($86)和牛的肉味很濃,燒的火侯剛好,令外表焦香,但中間仍保有肉汁。
