結婚週年紀念日老公揀左呢間日本鐵板燒餐廳食飯,去之前做左少少research, 知道老闆之前係由港島區一間高級鐵板燒出身,前身在錦田天空之城開業,而剛剛再搬到元朗這地址,之前的評語都一直非常有水準,所以我地都非常期待😍鐘情日本菜及有少少研究Sake嘅我地,呢一餐果然冇令我地失望,每一道餸都好有驚喜,食材講究,海鮮新鮮,師傅功架非常好,鐵板燒最講求時間控制及火喉,仲要同客人Social, 真係少d經驗都唔得!唔好以為鐵板燒只係可以將d食物放喺鐵板上炒熟,其實煎炒蒸燉炸,都可以由鐵板做到,可以蒸蛋,可以煮湯,可以將魚鱗炸到好似薯片咁趣卜卜。所以鐵板燒係我近年非常喜愛嘅餐廳類別,因為可以望住師傅整自己嘅每一樣食物,只係睇佢地嘅功架,都已經值回票價😊👍🏻食完呢一餐真係促使到我要寫下食評😋為佢地作一下鼓勵👍🏻✨
