維港灣都食過唔少次,由佢開業無耐食到開左第二分店,但因為就腳嘅關係,我只係食過呢間總店!好!入正題!我同女友每次黎到都係一份湯餃同一份煎餃嘅。先講今日嘅時令西洋茶湯餃,西洋菜幾香幾新鮮(學女友教嘅「不時不食」嘛),但係餐廳今日嘅豬肉醃得比較濃味重手左,所以濃味得濟,稍為蓋過左啲西洋菜香🙁再講埋煎餃,我地就例牌芝士粟米煎餃。做得比以前好嘅係,頭兩三次去食煎餃,「煎」出黎嘅效果好似炸餃咁,有啲嚇人。但之後食嘅幾次都係變番真·煎餃,兩面煎香上枱👍🏾 但係,今日嘅煎餃可能煮得唔夠耐?無煎嘅果面有啲生生地嘅感覺,唔夠香口而且有啲黏🤔 不過個芝士餡係唔錯嘅👍🏾最後有個小食,蝦春卷,食過兩次,兩次都俾隻手指公佢👍🏾 因為蝦肉新鮮,而又即炸即上👍🏾👍🏾總括黎講,我會繼續食維港灣,因為呢間餃子店係元朗區內幾皮薄餡靚嘅餐廳。

再講埋煎餃,我地就例牌芝士粟米煎餃。做得比以前好嘅係,頭兩三次去食煎餃,「煎」出黎嘅效果好似炸餃咁,有啲嚇人。但之後食嘅幾次都係變番真·煎餃,兩面煎香上枱👍🏾

總括黎講,我會繼續食維港灣,因為呢間餃子店係元朗區內幾皮薄餡靚嘅餐廳。
