又係一年一度我生日,梗係要食好野啦!本身訂荔枝角個間鐵板燒, 但無位, 要訂到去2月份啦...雖然前兩日先食過松菱, 但有鋪鐵板燒癮😆繼之前發現元朗國係一個美食國之後, 都唔介意遠都去搵好野食👍門口好有風格, 一見就見到, 店鋪位置揸車去會方便0的, 可能甘樣, 所以唔係好難訂位。揀左個二人餐, 好得意架wo, 有d items 有得選擇, 但唔會問你架。要自己出聲,你唔出聲就廚師幫你發板。前菜係芝麻醬沙律,跟左2片鴨胸。好好食喎個鴨胸。同buffet 食個啲有好大分別!之後就比你睇下你叫左咩。有湯碗甘大嘅澳洲鮑魚,新鮮架,仲識郁。片片鮑魚。好冧好好味。冧得黎又彈口!廚師話分幾次梅花間竹甘食個鮑魚無甘悶😆帶子配紫菜湯。感覺個帶子煮得岩岩好。鮮甜,好正,上面啲三文魚子,一啲都唔腥,廚師話係調味過既。連我仔都食晒!叫多隻一人隻!廚師好好,見我仔鐘意個紫菜湯,再煮多啲添飲!再黎厚切鮑魚配鮑魚既膽汁(就係旁邊既金黃色汁)好好味,幾特別!本身見到有銀雪魚,我以為煮之前會問一聲。但都唔緊要啦!因為好驚喜。賣相好特別,原來個啲係魚鱗。炸到脆卜卜,又唔會油膩,配左青椒仔!廚師話一百條先有一條係辣架😆我

本身見到有銀雪魚,我以為煮之前會問一聲。但都唔緊要啦!因為好驚喜。賣相好特別,原來個啲係魚鱗。炸到脆卜卜,又唔會油膩,配左青椒仔!廚師話一百條先有一條係辣架😆我好怕啲魚係腥既。唔腥好食。似雞肉。

鵝肝,好juice 同好厚。一定要連埋片多士食先無甘漏。
傾傾下計廚師個履歷都知道埋。感覺好似日本啲居酒屋小店甘,廚師同客人傾計,座隔離唔識既又會撘下嘴甘。好warm! 好鐘意個氣氛!

雪糕有豆腐芝麻紅豆抹茶柚子。我揀咗豆腐,老公食柚子。應該係自己打出嚟。好有豆腐同柚子味。生日特別甜品要預約架!等下次有人生日要試先!
P.S. 係有一個女待應唔係甘識人情世故, 問都唔問就收走我仔食緊d野, 好似好趕甘, 但無客架wo. 走既時候好興奮熱情甘bye bye....所以又唔係叫無禮貌, 而架d 零零後係甘......我希望我仔唔會係甘啦!
