走進這家鐵板燒,原來味覺旅程可以咁刺激!前菜嘅涼拌小龍蝦,肉嫩而且清新,個沙律都酸酸甜甜好開胃🥗。杋立貝鮮到爆炸,一啖落肚已經覺得這趟路冇白走。甘鯛煎到表層微脆,卻保持肉質水潤,配上黑松露薯蓉汁,正到無話可說😋。話說番個鮑魚,簿切到透光又爽滑,配上自家鮑魚肝醬,味道層次分明。再個鵝肝多士,烤到表皮香脆,內裏卻溫軟細滑,搞到我一邊食一邊點頭。甜品部分,焦糖多士啲糖漿燶得嚟脆得嚟甜,而青檸啫哩則夠酸爽清新,喺飽滯中帶來一絲清爽🍮。最後嗰碟A4和牛,佢嘅油花分佈得均勻,熱辣辣嘅肉質鬆化又多汁,真係有種內心狂歡嘅感覺!食物到服務都一流,如果你想揾一個味蕾上嘅驚喜,記住要mark實這家鐵板燒。轉角遇到愛嘅感覺,原來係鐵板上跳舞嘅火花同埋煙味間發現嘅。👌🔥

今年結婚周年紀念又嚟食鐵板燒!今次叫普通午餐但加咗隻虎蝦,埋單啱啱好一千蚊左右,今次同上次比,食物味道全部都升級咗(本身都好味㗎啦!)沙律新鮮好味,我唔食魚所以轉咗豚肉薄燒,老公個魚都燒得好靚,跟餐隻蝦同加嗰隻虎蝦都整得好香、薄燒牛肉好好味,炒飯非常之夠鑊氣,味噌湯好足料,雪糕今次比較特別,係開心果雪糕,唔係一般食店嘅綠茶或者芝麻,以前食評已經好詳細講過食物質素,所以今次就唔咁長氣,整體連服務全部都好滿意,屋企人都話想試,下次會同埋佢哋一齊嚟,值得一試及支持。

今次係第三次帶朋友過嚟呢度食日本廚師發板叫咗龍蝦🦞套餐,五大一細大家都吃得飽飽叫做盡興啦記得第一次光顧時大廚出馬有傾有講不知幾開心可能疫情之後大家心情都不一様了,今日換咗其他廚師主理,他們只是介紹食物已經沒有太多互動加上場地又沒有音樂和只有另一枱客人,氣氛比較嚴肅寧靜,不過我哋自己班朋友都有傾下計拍下照叫有d聲音冇咁悶講到食物質素,以這個價錢仍然keep到水準嘅希望他們繼續堅持落去不要退步啊努力

食物及服務水平與價錢不成正比🥴去得鐵板燒 閒閒地只少都買單二千幾,會期待可享受食物的鮮味及一定水平的服務。首先,放前菜沙律的木盤是裂開的,木製用品一旦裂開就很容易藏細菌是常識吧。鐵板是師傅全程幾乎沒有與客人溝通,食材都沒有介紹,更把魚煮得過熟,完全沒有鮮嫩的口感。我明白魚皮定必是要把它煎乾令其變得香脆可口,但師傅明顯地把魚肉也煎得過熟,已吃不出魚味。食龍蝦時,師傅沒有換碟,直接把龍蝦放在剛剛吃完魚的碟上(碟上有不少魚油及魚骨),相當奇怪。其後上食物也沒有換碟直至我們要求換碟。同時,侍應偶然會走過來介紹食物,但聲量極大,感覺是在大排檔的氣氛,整晚的用餐都充滿奇怪的感覺。餐廳位置不是市中心,不方便,再要花這個價錢真是十分不值,希望大家認真考慮。

我明白魚皮定必是要把它煎乾令其變得香脆可口,但師傅明顯地把魚肉也煎得過熟,已吃不出魚味。

食龍蝦時,師傅沒有換碟,直接把龍蝦放在剛剛吃完魚的碟上(碟上有不少魚油及魚骨),相當奇怪。其後上食物也沒有換碟直至我們要求換碟。

同時,侍應偶然會走過來介紹食物,但聲量極大,感覺是在大排檔的氣氛,整晚的用餐都充滿奇怪的感覺。

餐廳位置不是市中心,不方便,再要花這個價錢真是十分不值,希望大家認真考慮。

話說我今次與老婆慶生,首次試食鐵板燒,與主廚的交流,令我對食物要求又有新高度,如同廚師發板一樣,上菜速度會因應你哋飲食而調節,每道菜式都會講解箇中特點,間中又分享他們的經驗趣文,口雖然吾停咁講,但主廚熟練的雙手係鐵板上烹調,一啲都無分心,美味無比,睇賣相已高分,食落去又再加分,店家並非位處於元朗市中心主戰區,但無阻我再次encore 意欲。大至食物質素,小至醬汁準備及處理,都可反映出主廚對食品要求。小插曲係我吾知可以有慶祝準備order,主廚在我們用餐途中知道後,就為我們在完餐時送上celebration 甜點,以挽回我呢一個失職老公😅。感謝主廚的幫忙🙏🏻,享用了一頓完美又美味的生日用餐體驗。所以我一向支持小店,就係呢個人情味,令人感動。
