高級鐵板燒,好有氣氛嘅一間店。停車好方便,可以停喺門口。店面都唔細,吧檯可以坐大約十個人,仲有兩三張四人桌。.我哋揀咗鮑魚套餐,頭盤先先食咗沙律。第一輪上嚟嘅食材係鮑魚,佢哋就養喺店裡面嘅魚缸度。鮑魚應該係煎? 新鮮嘅鮑魚點會唔好食呢。.白甘鯛係用油泡方法煮嘅,炸到魚鱗變脆口,魚肉本身嘅質感都好好。有一碟係大蝦,大廚講呢隻大蝦係嚟自孟加拉嘅,一支筷子咁長!除咗肉質好新鮮之外,蝦膏都好多,蝦肉有少少變成橙色!真係好邪惡。再邪惡嘅嘢仲有。就係最嘅鵝肝加牛油焦糖多士,一定要快啲食晒個脆多士。.最後仲有櫻花蝦蛋炒飯配魚湯,仲有炒雜菜,岩岩好夠飽。仲有無影到既雪糕甜品。呢間鐵板燒真係水準好高,食材好好,煮得又好,唔似市區嘅餐廳咁冇靈魂。
