To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 海胆杯,半板赤海胆,淨係呢個杯都價值$400,海膽甘香,呢個真係正到不得了,愛吃海膽的人,你懂的!
碎拖羅手劵,用燒過既大拖魚油,加上拖羅蓉好邪惡!
最後來一碗用上大量魚來煲嘅特濃魚湯!清下口入面既油份。
甜點有和歌山櫻桃,靜岡蜜瓜同桃,又係正到一個點!
不鮮不食,不時不食,千多元可以吃到全部空運到港既新鮮食材,師傅亦會悉心安排食物先後次序,個人覺得係值得既!
