To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次嚟到元朗呢間寿司店,心諗:寿司🍣午市會唔會平啲?一入到去,發現裝潢干靜得嚟,仲有啲日本風。一坐低就有前菜(沙律好開胃,啲北海道粟米咬落甜甜地),同埋茶碗蒸(嫩滑得嚟香濃)上咗枱。之後啲生蠔同赤貝新鮮得嚟爽口,我梗係👍。深海池魚帶啲香甜,香箱蟹就鮮美得滯,肉質柔軟兼滿載蟹粉,真係正!燒物方面,吞拿魚鮫啲肉質腍身香口,真係令人驚豔。八貫壽司呢,就一個個掂爆!每一啖都感覺到師傅嘅心思,岩岩好嘅調味,食落齊齊哋,冇得彈!最掂嘅就係個雲丹盛,雲丹creamy,飯粒入口即溶,滿足極。整體嚟講,逢一趟入到呢間店,我都覺得值得!食物好味,價錢相宜,下次還會再嚟斬啲嘢食。用嘅係赤醋飯,有淡淡嘅甜味,正!食完之後覺得平日多啲工夫都應該嚟放鬆下,享受下這種細膩嘅日本料理。心情靚晒,真係幾滿意嘅一餐!👅💯🎉
