To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依間泰國野地點好方便～嘉城對面就係我地假期前一晚黎食都幾full講起泰國勁掛住d 虎蝦 大頭蝦我地都叫番碟懷念下d 虎蝦好大隻，都算幾入味串燒燒得岩岩好，雞翼仲好細心幫我地剪開左。方便食而且燒得夠哂香脆～平時飲得冬蔭公同椰子雞湯多試下依款羹魚肚係先炸過黎，所以仲有d 香脆口感羹底胡椒味夠重～～黃咖哩岩哂唔食辣既人，除左蝦仲有好多薯仔個咖哩底梗係要黎沾蒜蓉包啦！蒜蓉包夠哂脆口，蒜蓉味又夠，正通菜可以特別點少油少鹽，好貼心明顯食得出有分別～～有特別需要人士真係要request通菜唔會好老，而且個味都夠架最後就梗係要食番個糯米飯啦～～芒果好甜！！！ 糯米飯熱辣辣配埋d 甜椰漿兩者真係絕配野品我地叫左個椰青夠凍，d 椰肉都筆得出黎食！
