今日約咗朋友去元朗食飯,經過呢間囍串,一於入去食吓串燒啤啤佢🤤 入到餐廳,見到裝修都好有玩味,寫住「串串配啤酒、越食越富有」,我哋一於嗌咗支大藍妹嚟送串燒🍻我哋叫咗燒五花腩串同埋燒雞中翼串。上菜嘅時候,店員幫我哋點起枱上小爐嘅燭台,可以將啲串燒興住食,真係好有心思。串燒都用孜然粉濃濃醃製好,經過燒烤後,外層有炭烤嘅香氣,肉質鮮嫩。🍗🍢另外,燒北海道活元貝又係超好味,面頭舖咗勁大住粉絲,再加埋超多嘅蒜蓉,令到燒烤處理後,元貝肉質鮮甜彈牙,粉絲完全滲入咗元貝嘅鮮味同蒜蓉味😋呢間小店竟然有唔同款嘅腸粉,我哋就叫咗碟叉燒腸試下。估唔到佢好似布拉腸咁,腸粉皮造到超薄、亦都晶瑩通透,咬落好有層次,配埋叉燒同豉油真係味道一流👍🏻最後主食我哋嗌咗家鄉炒米粉,估唔到份量咁多。米粉彈牙,色澤金黃,上菜時香氣四溢。米粉充滿肉絲、蛋絲同蔬菜絲,令整道菜更加美味🤓
