今日突然約左老死黎元朗打邊爐,上網睇定食評,見呢個餐廳都有幾多好評就黎試下😆😆個招牌好搶眼,好易搵到間餐廳。入面裝修係行懷舊風。有好多唔同款既湯底,仲有好多唔同既配料,仲可以揀半份,岩哂我呢啲鍾意食好多唔同款野食既人😌😌我地揀左馳名魚鰾湯底,湯底偏乳白色,因為加入了大量魚鰾、豬骨、粟米、菇等等熬製,鮮甜美味而不膩。靚牛:雪花靚、有牛味,叫小份都夠三四個人食仲有個好特別既配料 - 墨丸水上飄,好大粒,魚鰾裡面釀滿墨魚滑,頭頂再點滿蟹籽。配搭比想像中夾,食完好滿足。我地仲配左檸檬百香果茶同檸檬冬瓜茶,配打邊爐好正😆😆
