這間位於元朗的【芝加哥串燒酒場】,主打串燒及啤酒等,每日都有指定啤酒買一送一優惠,十分超值。串燒款式甚多,有海鮮、豬、牛、雞、羊等,還有多款小食及主食,價錢由十幾廿蚊起。串燒全部即叫即燒,新鮮熱辣,可以約埋三五知己邊飲邊食,chill返晚。海鮮推介必食招牌無骨白鱔、芝士大虎蝦及原隻魷魚串,生燒白鱔燒至皮脆肉彈;虎蝦大隻過我手掌,而且肉質爽彈;魷魚表面燒至焦香。燒羊架、豬大腸、鹽燒牛舌心、一口和牛串都是必食之一,羊架七成熟剛好保留肉汁又嫩腍;牛舌心彈牙;豬腸爽口。另外可叫燒明太子多士配味噌甲羅燒,咸鮮味多士,加上鮮味十足的甲羅燒,再配返啖啤酒,簡直一絕。最有特色一定是即燒乳豬,燒至皮脆滲出油脂,如果有中式夾餅夾著一齊食更滋味。
