近排天氣又凍返,係時候出動打邊爐,暖一暖身🤭友人講呢間冰室唔錯,可惜上次去撞正佢裝修,今晚就再去撞個靚彩先~裝修後,餐廳座位舒適,空間感大。見到好多人食小菜,份份都好大碟,好靚仔😍一絲心動想嗌小菜。但友人果斷否決我念頭…佢哋好多款特色鍋底,雞煲、海鮮煲、豬骨煲…最後我哋揀原生椰子雞鍋(半隻)$208 +醬油費$20(位)肉眼可見真係一個新鮮椰子作湯底,有齊椰子、椰肉、椰水再加埋半隻🐔 店員教落先放雞大火滾個半鐘再熄火蓋住焗多5鐘 就可獲得美味鮮嫩雞肉👅 雞肉係剛剛好熟,好滑。新鮮騸古吊龍伴(細)$248香港很少見有賣騸古牛嘅餐廳,騸古牛係經閹割過的牛隻,肉質會較為腍滑、甘香,油花分相對細緻。我哋灼咗5秒,肉質入口清甜嫩滑,油份很重,而且肉味好濃郁。十分推薦牛魔王人士🤙🏻自家手打墨魚滑$48墨魚的鮮味十足,再加埋蟹籽,增添了層次感。墨魚滑口感嫩滑,且十分彈牙。野生竹笙$68竹笙配椰子雞係個組合嚟,竹笙吸收晒椰子湯, 好正。火鍋嗦湯之選。椒鹽鮮魷$88身為小食嘅佢份量都唔少,鮮魷外表炸到金黃色,很酥脆。魷魚啖啖都有汁,好食到停唔到口🤣爆打檸檬茶$32落完order,立即聽到職員爆打檸檬嘅聲
