🫖呢日豬先生係雞地做完尖, 我哋就入咗隔離呢間大滾友打個靚邊爐😙 天氣咁熱梗係嗌番個消暑冬瓜瑤柱鍋啦佢原隻冬瓜上鍋, 冬瓜鍋仲加咗海量材料, 包括蝦肉, 瑤柱, 素翅等等, 勁有氣勢!!! 係落肉之前, 我哋2個已經飲咗幾碗冬瓜湯解渴消暑😋我哋再嗌咗份細嘅牛肉拼盤, 雖然佢係細份, 但都包勁多唔同牛部位嘅牛肉, 有和牛粒, 雪花牛, 牛頸脊, 牛小排等等, 食到我哋勁和味! 另一份肉就嗌咗幼嫩橡果豬同手打蟹子鮮蝦丸, 蝦丸超彈牙, 當然仲有豬生最愛嘅牛柏葉, 勁大份, 又爽脆😬 最後當然要整番個蔬菜拼盤balance下啲肉啦🫡 店員仲推薦我哋試火焰焦糖豆腐花, 冇諗到黃糖點火後會燒到變焦糖!!! 配埋超滑嘅豆腐花簡直超夾!

另一份肉就嗌咗幼嫩橡果豬同手打蟹子鮮蝦丸, 蝦丸超彈牙, 當然仲有豬生最愛嘅牛柏葉, 勁大份, 又爽脆😬 最後當然要整番個蔬菜拼盤balance下啲肉啦🫡
