係元朗應該冇咩鐘意食生蠔嘅人唔識Oyster Season,印象中呢間係元朗都一段時間,原來佢有中文名㗎😆。叫得神都有啲原因,就係蠔種類不能少,當晚我就食到5款,而且好鮮甜,其他海鮮都有水準,果然食蠔要係有R字月份。🍽️生蠔海鮮刺身拼盤除咗最愛嘅蠔外,仲有我一直好想試嘅車厘蜆。🔸生蠔:有5款--Cocollos, Josephine No.2, Special de claire, Tia Maraa Pearl, Gillardeau No.0. 自己最中意當然係Gillardeau啦,大隻肥美,肉質細滑,先海水後甜。有兩隻唔記得係咩,細隻啲,不過海水鐵味重啲,都好鐘意。🔸車厘蜆:相對蠔嚟講腥啲,我都係鐘意蠔😌。🔸北海道活赤貝:爽脆鮮甜,好味。🍽️牛油煎帶子配黑魚子:好期待呢個,一嚟到好香,帶子鮮甜,可惜面頭辣椒絲太搶味,蓋過帶子魚子鮮味。🍽️清酒蒜蓉煮活蜆湯:蜆鮮甜大隻,清酒香,蜆間中有啲沙,可接受。由於份量賣相同平時差不多,我察覺唔到呢個係湯嚟😅。幸好我習慣飲清酒煮蜆嘅湯汁,因為精華係晒度,可品嘗淡淡酒香,又飲到鮮甜,好在都差不多飲晒😌。如果有兩塊多士係度,咁我應該會察覺到係湯嘅😆。🍽️

🍽️大蝦鮮茄意粉
大蝦肉質彈牙,蝦殼香脆。意粉軟硬適中,汁剛好掛係每條面度,茄味香濃。
📝人手落單,收加一。
💬店鋪不大,氣氛不錯,聚餐一流,無限時慢慢傾。
