To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日好少會到大西北食飯,因為返工返中環,放工入去都粒幾鐘,不過呢日BB叫到,咁就一定到啦,要把握拍拖時間丫嘛呢日就嚟到元朗壽司之神,嚟個omakase,睇下廚師點發板先~茶碗蒸,肥美嘅虎蝦肉,上面點上黑松露,香味濃郁,而底是蒸蛋,蝦肉彈牙,蛋好滑,好暖~油甘魚腩,肉質爽口,但唔油膩,鮮甜美味~赤貝,爽脆鮮甜~拖羅,本身拖羅較為油膩,廚師就建議用紫菜包住食,油膩感就較低,但又有魚腩嘅油味,恰到好處!深海池魚,肉質好有彈性,美鮮,配上柚子,好醒神!螢光魷魚壽司,魷魚細少但啖啖肉,原來仲有膏,入口好豐富~帶子壽司,帶子好大隻,好肥美,加上檸檬和海鹽,鮮味好突出!燒銀雪魚,火燒令魚油出來,再包返住銀雪味,肉滑到另一層次~馬糞海膽,新鮮,夠cream!醬燒吞拿魚,醬汁加上吞拿魚上,冇太大嘅油膩感,易入口~鰤魚較,熟了嘅魚肉,不鞋口,肉質嫩滑!洋蔥湯,堅魚和洋蔥煲出來嘅湯,仲有鮮菇紫菜配埋一齊,未濃,但有菇同紫菜嘅鮮味,為呢日嘅晚餐畫上完美嘅句號。~
