之前行過見到呢間鋪頭嘅裝修好有特色,咪八卦望下係咩黎,見到個名叫「老闆火鍋冰室」,原來係食粥底火鍋嘅,而且$198一位,又真係唔貴喎,所以今晚決定係試吓😎😎首先裝修真係好懷舊好特別,坐落亦都好舒服,環境又衛生,已經感覺良好。服務員姐姐好有心機咁話俾我哋聽係點樣點菜,原來係先揀五樣海鮮,再揀八樣配料,再之後湯底就會變粥,係好豐富嘅。所以我揀了蝦、鮑魚、刀貝、貴妃蚌、北寄貝。配料就揀了鹹蛋豬肉丸、肥牛、牛柳粒、粟米、蟹子墨魚釀魚肚、腐皮墨魚卷、黑豚梅肉、黑椒牛丸。講真,開頭見到個湯底只係粥水,以為會冇乜味,但係原來佢首先係叫我地先食海鮮,原來啲海鮮真係好新鮮好鮮味,連豉油都唔使點,而且餐牌上邊已經好仔細話俾我哋聽每款海鮮嘅煮熟時間,真係好細心包保唔會令海鮮熟過頭。有咗海鮮啲鮮味之後,就開始食配料,啲配料一樣好新鮮好有特色好好味,我真係食到高興。其實食到呢度都飽飽地,最後服務員姐姐過嚟幫我地煮埋個粥,個湯底已經有晒所有海鮮的鮮味,最後用嚟煮埋個粥,真係好味到不得了,不過最後因為太飽我只係食咗一碗,最後我仲將個粥打包拎返屋企宵夜,今餐邊爐真係大滿足。元朗真係好多嘢食,而呢一間老闆火鍋冰室,真係

首先裝修真係好懷舊好特別,坐落亦都好舒服,環境又衛生,已經感覺良好。
