今日下午我們入咗元朗探三姨媽,之後三姨媽同咗我們去康景街嘅「老點點心缽仔飯」食下午茶!我們叫咗蜜瓜海底椰燉唐排湯底嘅味道雖然清甜,但帶有啲啲苦澀味,而湯料都幾足料!蟹籽燒賣皇係他們推出嘅每日一款嘅$1優惠,雖然$1真係好抵食,但出品質素就唔係咁理想,肉質比較鬆散!蟲草花蒸鷄飯蒸嘅時間火候有啲過咗火,所以令到鷄肉嘅肉質比較「嚡」同米飯相當腍身!手拉白布腸嘅質感非常煙韌彈牙!黑椒鮮蝦韭菜角炸得好香脆,黑椒嘅味道令到餡料嘅鮮味更加提升!鮮上肉響鈴腸嘅外層係軟滑嘅腸粉,包著香口脆身嘅響鈴,令到層次感更加豐富!瘦底臘腸卷嘅包質好軟熟,臘腸都算幾瘦,味道好芳香!戚風班蘭馬拉糕嘅糕質相當鬆軟,而且充滿著淡淡嘅班蘭葉清香味!
