To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前兩場金塊對木狼,幾乎要剪波衫嘅級數,突然第3場醒番,大快人心佢份量以早餐來講唔算太大,雖然餐牌寫到龍飛鳳舞咁,但其實蛋放咗喺碗麵入邊,碗麵都係普通份量嘅米線,牛肉都不怎麼多米線份量就唔多,亦都不大彈牙感覺,軟綿綿的一大碗米線,沙嗲牛肉的份量亦不太多,偏向鞋身,你可以話佢冇乜用梳打粉去醃嘅;沙嗲味道都充足,因為內裏有一點沙嗲醬,以及混入了少許花生,味道尚算香,不過還是普普通通,不見得特別出色。所謂的炒滑蛋亦都只係大大塊四方形嘅炒滑蛋放埋喺湯入邊,那邊會比較熟,熟得滯就梗係冇咁滑其實個餐包本身都算係質素唔錯,烘熱了軟綿,如果將呢個炒蛋放喺餐包隔離,又應該會更上一層樓啦。奶茶味道都是普通,茶味不算特別出眾。老細都算係正面,幾好禮貌嗰種。睇餐牌吸引,內進試早餐都是麻麻,叫做唔使$40 有個早餐還可接受

其實個
餐包本身都算係質素唔錯,烘熱了軟綿,
