To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食完壽司最後上的,柚子啫喱一般般,唔實身。


因為冇晚市堂食,餐廳應該都想做多啲生意,所以定咗唔同嘅時段用膳,每節90分鐘,我食中午12點,塞車遲咗小小,前菜要食得急先可以追返隔離進度(因為師傅一次過serve 2組客人)如果趕唔上,壽司就會一次過上,唔會逐件逐件上(見到有其他客人真係直接一碟過)用餐享受度大減🤔


用餐時間其實唔係好夠,食得急咗啲,而且師傅同客人嘅交流比較少,可能佢都太忙住整壽司😂
