To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來元氣壽司在北角開了新店, 大約下午2:30去到。點了下午茶1b餐, 包括有壽司盛B 、日本溫泉玉子和湯烏冬。[壽司盛B]三文魚壽司: 三文魚夠香紋理勻稱, 係肥瘦適中,食落唔錯。炙燒黑椒三文魚壽司: 這款壽司的三文魚是用火燒至半熟, 三文魚鮮味, 入口有點黑椒微香, 味道不錯。炙燒黑椒海蝦壽司: 這款壽司的海蝦也是用火燒至半熟, 蝦肉仍帶爽甜, 炙燒黑椒壽司雖然都係平價款式, 都有一定質素。蟹子軍艦: 賣相唔錯, 鋪滿了一大堆蟹子, 蟹子有口感, 值得一試。蟹子沙律軍艦: 一堆蟹子再加上沙律, 味道非常夾, 很開胃。日本溫泉玉子: 是跟餐的一隻半生熟蛋,在控制生熟程度方面實在準確,蛋白是剛剛好煮熟, 入口非常滑溜, 蛋黃是煮到半熟, 吃入口蛋味濃郁。湯烏冬: 烏冬賣相雪白, 爽口彈牙, 夠煙韌, 湯底清甜, 有水準。元氣壽司的下午茶餐一向都是抵食之選, 北角開了新店, 對於經常出入北角的我, 就更加就腳。
